The gite is a cluster of ancient farm buildings : the
barn, the “clede” for chestnuts and the “magnanerie”
for silkworms have been restored to provide a simple and comfortable
gite surrounded by chestnut groves, a spring and some terraces :
There are four rooms, sleeping 8, 6, 4, and 2.
There is a large communal dining area with a kitchen, veranda and
a library with a fire place. There are four showers and 4 toilets.
• Blankets, pillows and pillow cases provided.

A sheet sleeping bag or sleeping bag will be needed.
• Sheets
for hire : 10 euros
The gite has been awarded a “Panda label” by the ‘Cevennes
National Park’ together with the ‘WWF’ and ‘The
Gites de France’. This guarantees the calm atmosphere and information
is provided on flora, fauna and possible walking routes.
